The Civil Service commission is pleased to announce the forthcoming 119th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) celebration on September 2019 with the theme, “Civil Service at 119: Upholding Integrity and Building a High-Trust Society.”
Among the activities lined up for the celebration is the Government Choral Competition which aims to showcase the musical creativity of state workers, introduce original Filipino compositions to the audience, and serves as a venue for celebrating Filipino arts and culture. All government choral groups are invited to participate in the Choral Competition.
The Grand Prize winner will receive PHP200,000.00 and a plaque of recognition. First, second, and third runners-up will receive plaques and cash prizes of Php150,000.00, Php100,000.00 and Php75,000.00, respectively; while the Best Conductor and Best Arrangement of the Competition Song will receive a certificate and cash reward of PHP10,000.00 each.
