Two young farm workers, Jaspher Tan-um and Richard Pengiton, who found and rescued a baby abandoned at the Strawberry Farm in Barangay Betag were among those recognized during the 76th Foundation Anniversary celebration of La Trinidad. The award was given by Mayor Roderick Awingan and Vice Mayor Guiller Galwan with the Sangguniang Bayan members.

While walking home after their usual task of watering their vegetable plants in the farm, they found a baby boy which was placed on an eco-bag and left on the ground. The boys immediately wrapped the baby in their own jackets called their employer to get instructions.
