Based on the recorded data of the City Administrator’s Office – TCAD, the period spanning the last quarter of the year through the first month of the ensuing year has historically recorded the highest number of both domestic and foreign tourist arrivals in Baguio City.
The city attributes the rise in tourist arrivals to the enduring allure of Baguio’s cool climate and its festive atmosphere during the Christmas season, complemented by the various Christmas themed events and activities organized by the city government and private sector, further boosted by the long holiday breaks from school and work. ** JM Samidan
