Some banks and assets are frozen, and some arrest warrants are being slapped upon some peoples’ heads in relation to the many flood control scandals. But, like the politicians when they scoop up millions, “Sige pa”, is the motto. There are more dirty hands that ought to be locked in handcuffs.

The most important catch, of course, are the big names, those with the most expensive barongs and their hair styled in a sleek manner. The punishment cannot culminate in a mere slap in the wrist, but must be commensurate to decades of plunder and stealing experienced by the masses.
As of now, this country is as dry as the Sahara desert, devoid of any justice and surrounded by the same kind of people for many miles, thieves. There is a need for justice in this nation and like the natural hazards this country faces regularly, must come eventually for sin has accumulated too much for the country to handle. Whether it is delayed further by man, it will explode regardless, in an orderly fashion or a messy one. **
