FIRST MBLISTTDA ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING – BLISTT mayors convened on the first Metropolitan BLISTT Development Authority Organizational Meeting at Newtown Plaza Hotel. The election of MBLISTT Council Officials wherein Mayor Benjamin Magalong is the elected Cchairperson and Governor Melchor Diclas is the elected co-chairperson.
