The Charge de Affaires of the Thai Royal Embassy in the Philippines honorary visit to the Gov. Bado Dangwa Agro Industrial School at Balakbak, Kapangan, Benguet to the 2021 recipient of the prestigious  Princess Maha Chakri Awardee Mr. Marcelo Otinguey for his exemplary selfless commitment service for the improvement of education and welfare of learners not only in the school he is serving but in other areas where marginalized learners needs help. He extends this exemplary service to the community and his service for the preservation of the indigenous  culture and values..
