La Trinidad Mayor Roderick Awingan and Vice Mayor Guiller Galwan presented the situation of the La Trinidad which led the declaration of a state of calamity due to the effects of the tropical cyclones and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon or the habagat.
Initial reports from the La Trinidad Municipal Agriculture Office and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office recorded an estimated amount of P10,784,000 for infrastructure damages and P17,671,723.45 for agricultural damages. RMC PIA-CAR
