The Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO CAR) welcomed PLTGEN BERNARD M BANAC, the Acting Deputy Chief, PNP for Administration (TADCA), during his visit of Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on February 20, 2026.
During his arrival honors, PLTGEN BANAC was received by PBGEN ERICSON D DILAG, the Regional Director of PRO CAR, and was accorded a traditional welcome dance performed by the PRO CAR Cultural Dancers and arrival honors.
As part of his official visit, a Seminar-Workshop on PNP Ethics Day and PNP Integrity Monitoring and Internal Disciplinary Mechanism was conducted at the PRO CAR Multi-Purpose Center. The activity was attended by 143 participants from the Regional Headquarters and Police Provincial Offices across the region, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to professionalism, accountability, and ethical standards in the police service.
Also present during the activity were the Life Coaches and Pastors from Bless Our Cops, led by Pastor Octavio L. Muncada, who provided spiritual support and guidance aligned with the program’s objectives of strengthening moral values and integrity within the ranks.
In his message, PLTGEN BANAC expressed sincere appreciation to PBGEN DILAG for the warm welcome extended to him and his team. He also commended PRO CAR for maintaining an exceptionally low number of personnel involved in administrative cases, almost zero, and encouraged the unit to sustain this remarkable record.
“I thanked all of you for joining this one-day seminar. This initiative is aligned with the program thrust of the CPNP, PGEN JOSE MELENCIO C NARTATEZ JR., under the Focused Agenda, which begins with enhancing management police operations, strengthening morale and welfare, managing resources, and integrity monitoring, with the active support of the community. We want to emphasize the need for discipline and order within the ranks, as well as integrity competence, and professionalism.” PLTGEN BANAC stated.
He further underscored the importance of the activity, saying that participation in the workshop is not merely a learning process but a deepening of understanding of the vital role each personnel plays in helping to create a God-centered, family-based, and service-oriented Philippine National Police.
This initiative highlights the PNP leadership’s ongoing efforts to promote ethical conduct, internal discipline, and organizational excellence among personnel, in line with the institution’s mission to serve and protect the public with honor and integrity. **RPIO PRO CAR
