Two PRO CAR Officers Promoted to Police Lieutenant Colonel
Two police officers of the Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO CAR) formally assumed the rank of Police Lieutenant Colonel (PLTCOL) during the Simultaneous Oath-taking and Donning of Ranks Ceremony under the 2nd Quarter 2026 Continuous Promotion Program held on June 15, 2026, at the PRO CAR Log Cabin, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet.
PBGEN ERICSON D DILAG, Regional Director of PRO CAR, led the ceremony, which was highlighted by the oath-taking and donning of ranks of PLTCOL DOMINIC L ROSARIO of the Kalinga Police Provincial Office and PLTCOL CRISPIN D SIMON, JR. of the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division.
In his message, PBGEN DILAG extended his congratulations to the newly promoted officers, emphasizing that their advancement signifies not only recognition of their accomplishments but also a greater responsibility to lead with integrity, professionalism, and accountability. He likewise encouraged them to continue inspiring excellence among their personnel as they assume higher leadership roles within the organization.
The promotion of PLTCOL ROSARIO and PLTCOL SIMON underscores their dedication, competence, and unwavering commitment to public service, having successfully undergone the rigorous screening and evaluation process of the Promotion Board.
