LAGAWE, Ifugao (PIA) -Governor Jerry Dalipog issued Executive Order No. 48 adopting a restricted status to maintain localized entry protocols for its borders as the province is placed under General Community Quarantine from October 1-31.
Dalipog stated that the continued implementation of proactive measures in accordance with all released orders is necessary to ensure the utmost protection and preservation of the community’s health, safety and welfare.
The guidelines include the mandatory wearing of face masks and face shields; and movement of people is allowed for essential needs and work only.
Mass gatherings such us but not limited to concerts, sporting events, other entertainment activities, community assemblies and non-essential work gatherings shall be prohibited outside of one’s immediate household.
For non-resident government and private workers entering the province on official travel, they will be required to fill-up or submit health declaration forms and subjected to temperature scanning upon arrival at the checkpoint border where they must present originals or certified true copies of their travel orders.
In addition, private workers on official travel are required also to submit negative results of antigen tests or RT-PCR tests conducted within 72 hours. In the absence of such, the traveler shall at least present a vaccination card.
The guidelines stated also that government and private workers currently residing in the province traveling daily or weekly through the province or from home-to-work will be required to fill-up and submit health declaration forms and shall be subjected to temperature scan upon arrival at the checkpoint.**MBL, PIA CAR, Ifugao
