BAGUIO CITY – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is in need of at least 100 intelligence officers for its operations nationwide.
Based on a press statement issued by the PDEA-CAR headed by Regional Director III Edgar, applicants must be college bachelor’s degree holders and must have eligibility for Career Service Second Level Position (CS professional/qualified by Civil Service Commission under special laws or board examination passer).
Applicants must at least be 21 years old but not more than 35 years old upon oath-taking and must be 5 feet tall for females and 5’2” for males. Members of the indigenous groups who are under height may a Certificate of Confirmation (COC) from the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP).
No work experience or trainings are required.

*Application letter (original copy) addressed to: AARON N AQUINO, Director General, PDEA at PDEA Bldg., NIA Northside Rd., National Gov’t. Center, Brgy. Pinyahan, Quezon City;
*Personal Data Sheet (PDS) (CSC Form No. 212, Revised 2017) – updated and accomplished properly and completely (downloadable at www.csc.gov.ph) –original copy/encoded/notarized; email address and mobile number shall be indicated; and
*Certificate of Confirmation (COC) issued by NCIP, if applicable (under height).

The tentative schedule for the qualifying and neuro-psychological exam will be on August 17, 2019 for applicants from Luzon (Regions CAR, I, II, and III.
The venue will be announced later.
As per the press statement, the plantilla position of Intelligence Officer I has a salary grade of 11 with a monthly pay of P 20,754.
Place of assignment will be anywhere in the Philippines.

Qualified members of DEOBC Class 2019-15 who took their Qualifying and Neuro-Psychological Examinations (QNPE) last Feb. 2 at the Baguio City National High School (BCNHS) will graduate on Sept. 16 (tentative).
Qualified members of DEOBC Class 2019-16 who took their Qualifying and Neuro-Psychological Examinations (QNPE) last April 27 at Lucban Elementary School will take their oath of office on June 24 (tentative).
