Camp Bado Hospital now a Philhealth Konsulta Provider
The Camp Bado Dangwa Hospital located inside the Regional Headquarters of Police Regional Office Cordillera (PROCOR) is now accredited as a Philhealth Konsulta Package Health Care Facility Provider.
The accreditation program was held in the Hospital Lobby wherein PBGEN JOHN C CHUA, the Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA), graced the momentous occasion as the guest of honor and speaker.
Present also during the program were the members of the Regional Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (RAGPTD) of the Regional Medical and Dental Unit (RMDU) – COR headed by Dr. Felipe S Comilla, the President of Benguet State University (BSU).
As the highlight of the program, a Certificate of Accreditation to the RMDU-COR was presented by Ms. Janet M Palaez, the Social Insurance Officer of PhilHealth.
Meanwhile, PBGEN CHUA commended the intensified efforts of the RMDU-COR under the leadership of PCOL JESSIEMYR N PROTACIO, the former Chief of RMDU-COR, for becoming the first Philhealth Konsulta Package Provider among the RMDUs nationwide with health care facilities.
“Through the efforts of the RMDU-COR and the RAGTPD, it is a privilege for us here at PROCOR to be accredited as one of the healthcare facilities for the PhilHealth Konsulta which marks the beginning of better access to primary healthcare services. This shall be a life gift to every police officer in PROCOR in assuring comprehensive outpatient benefits for better medical care,” PBGEN CHUA said. **

The Police Regional Office Cordillera (PROCOR) and the Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) – CAR formalized their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the Masigasig Grandstand, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on October 10, 2022.
Representing the Police Regional Office Cordillera was PROCOR Deputy Regional Director for Administration, PBGEN JOHN C CHUA who signed the said agreement while representing the Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) CAR were Director VILLAFE P. ALIBUYOG, Regional Director of RSSO CAR, and Mr. Gerard Tolito, Registration Officer IV of RSSO CAR.
In her message, Dir. Alibuyog said that the partnership will provide a more accessible and convenient way of processing Civil Registration Services for police officers.
“This is a remarkable day as two government offices, the Philippine Statistics Authority CAR and PROCOR signed an agreement to pursue a partnership in one of the most necessary services sought by all citizens and place our PNP Personnel in a better position to avail civil registration services from PSA through the Batch Request Query System (BRQS)” Dir. Alubuyog said.
The Memorandum of Agreement allows the Police Regional Office Cordillera to avail of the offline method of encoding, processing, and securing Civil Registration Services through Philippine Statistics Authority’s program called Batch Request Query System (BRQS).
Also, the MOA signed symbolizes both agencies’ commitment and support to each other’s programs and future activities.
