FIVE PROCOR PERSONNEL BEHIND SUCCESSFUL INSTITUTIONALIZED STATUS OF BCPO LOAKAN POLICE STATION RECOGNIZED
Five PROCOR personnel behind the successful institutionalization of Baguio City Police Office Loakan Police Station (PS4) were recognized on January 23, 2023.
PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN MAFELINO ASPERO BAZAR, presented the awards to the deserving personnel and he was assisted by Dir. Editha S Puddoc of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) -CAR & the other members of the Command Group.
Medalya ng Kasanayan (Medal of Efficiency) was awarded to PCOL RONALD V GAYO, the Deputy Regional Director for Operation, for being the chairman of the Performance Governance Reporting (UNIT REVALIDA) for the Institutionalization Evaluation Process of BCPO Loakan Police Station (PS4) on November 24, 2022.
Further, Medalya ng Kasanayan was presented to PLTCOL JOHN CAYAT JR., the Deputy City Director for Administration of BCPO, for being the document auditor and impact validator for the different sequential phases of the Institutionalization Evaluation Process leading Loakan Police Station to be conferred the institutionalized status.
Another Medalya ng Kasanayan was given to PMAJ NIXON BUDIKEY, the Station Commander of BCPO Loakan Police Station, and PCPL Angelita Bab-anga for their dedicated service rendered in preparing all the requirements of the sequential phase of the Institutionalization Evaluation Process;
The same award was given to Rosemarie Behis, Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP) of BCPO Loakan Police Station.
TWO DRUG PERSONALITIES BUSTED IN OVERNIGHT OPS
Two individuals will now be facing charges for Violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 after they were arrested in a separate buy-bust operation conducted in Baguio City and Benguet.
According to the reports submitted to PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN MAFELINO A BAZAR, the arrested suspects were identified as Joseph Mavilla Nuñez Sr., 53 years old, resident of Tadiangan, Tuba; and Adrian Manggaran Villavicencio, 44 years old, a native of Malolos, Bulacan and a resident of Pico, La Trinidad.
In Baguio City, suspect Nuñez Sr. was arrested by operatives of Pacdal Police Station (PS3) after he sold two (2) sachets of suspected shabu weighing more or less 0.4 grams with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 2,720 at Brgy. Lourdes.
In Benguet, suspect Villavicencio was arrested by operatives of the Drug Enforcement Unit of La Trinidad MPS after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu weighing more or less 0.05 grams with an SDP of Php 340.00 in Brgy. Betag, La Trinidad.
The inventory of the pieces of evidence recovered was conducted on-site in the presence of the arrested suspects and witnessed by representatives of the Department of Justice (DOJ), media, and elected barangay officials.
The suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were turned over to the custody of their respective operating units for documentation and proper disposition.**
