Estafa
On January 30, 2017 at about 9:00 AM along Km 5, Balili, La Trinidad, Benguet, joint personnel of the La Trinidad MPS, RID – PROCOR, and RIU – 14, arrested Mrs. Antonette Dawang Domingo, 48, married, businesswoman, native of Bauko, Mtn. Province and residing in Bengao, Marcos Highway, Baguio City.
The arrest was made by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Danilo P. Camacho, Presiding Judge of RTC, Branch 62, La Trinidad, Benguet, for Estafa, Crim. Case No. 17-CR-11728, recommended bail bond is Php400,000.00.
Acts of Lasciviousness
Around 7:30 PM of January 30, 2017 in Brgy. Bacsay, Luna, Apayao personnel of Luna MPS arrested Francisco Reyes Alaman, 59, married, farmer and a resident thereat, by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Amy I. Alafag-Verzola, Presiding Judge of 4th Branch, MCTC Calanasan-Luna-Pudtol, 2nd Judicial Region at Luna, Apayao, for Acts of Lasciviousness, Crim. Case No. 2-2017, recommended bail of PHP12,000.00.
Robbery with FUT
A case of robbery with force upon things transpired between 9:30 PM of January 28, 2017 and 8:10 AM of January 29, 2017 inside the Home Outlet establishment located along Km 4 Marcos Highway, Baguio City was alleged by Frankie Go Domingo, 46, married, manager of the establishment, and a resident of Castro St, Gibraltar, Baguio City.
Investigation disclosed that the complainant left the establishment at around 8:30 PM of January 28, 2017 to attend the Chinese New Year celebration. However, at around 8:10 AM of January 29, 2017, when his wife Geraldine Domingo went to the area, she discovered that their belongings were missing, as follows: cash amounting to Php350,000.00; one caliber .45 SigSauer pistol bearing SN C014357; one I-phone 4; one Samsung laptop; and two pieces CCTV recorders. Further investigation revealed that the unidentified suspects gained entry through the adjacent building and eventually drilled a hole towards the establishment and took the items.
Responding personnel of Station 10, Baguio CPO processed the crime scene and recovered the following tools used by the suspects: two crow bars, one hydraulic jack, two screw drivers, one drilling tool, and one improvized pointed metal. Eleven latent prints were lifted in the area for submission to the Crime Laboratory Office for possible identification of the suspects.
Attempted Rape
On February 1, 2017 at about 1:00 PM in Abatan, Bauko Mtn. Province, personnel of Bauko MPS, Bontoc MPS and MPPPO Trackers Team arrested Ronald Jay Sad-en Cajigan, 28 years old, married, laborer, by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Joseph A. Patnaan, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, First Judicial Region, Branch 35, Bontoc, Mountain Province for the crime of Attempted Rape in relation to RA 7610 docketed as Crim. Case No. 2017-1-30-4 with no bail recommended.
Rape
On February 1, 2017 at about 5:50 PM in Brgy Bantay, Tabuk City, Kalinga PPO team arrested Buenerjes Barnigan Torres a.k.a BUEN, 31 years old, single and a resident of Brgy Dilag, Tabuk City by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Bernabe B. Mendoza of RTC Branch 23, Roxas, Isabela for Rape docketed as Crim. Case No. 23-2932 and 23-2933 both with no bail recommended.
RA 9262
On February 1, 2017at around 3:30 AM along Dangwa Terminal, Baguio City, personnel of PS7 arrested Christopher Dulawan Panglao, 31, married, driver, native of Buguias, Benguet and a resident of KM 6, La Trinidad, Benguet by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge MARIO ANALECTO M. BANEZ of the RTC of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur for Violation of Section 5 (i,a,e [2]), RA 9262 (the law against violence on women and children) docketed as Crim. Case No. 1611-T to 1613.**
