BONTOC, Mountain Province (PIA)–The Professional Regulation Commission- Cordillera Administrative Region (Baguio) has resumed its mobile outreach services in the provinces to assist more professionals amid the COVID 19 pandemic.
For this week, mobile outreach services are scheduled at the Bontoc municipal auditorium on July 21 and at the Mayor’s Conference Room in Paracelis, Mountain Province on Friday (July 23) from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
PRC personnel will accommodate, 1. Initial Registration for Licensure Examination Passers, Renewal of Professional Identification Card (accepts renewal even 11 months prior to expiration), 2. Release of Professional ID Card and Certificate of Registration (per prior request by the professional and subject to availability), 3. Issuance of Certifications of Good Standing, 4. Report of Rating and Passing, 5. Authentication of PRC documents (Certifications, PRC ID Card, Certificate of Registration), and 6. Application for licensure examinations.
Professionals and aspiring professionals must get an appointment at online.prc.gov.ph or online1.prc.gov.ph. After the payment of transaction, download the appointment system-generated form and send, together with the requirements, to car.registration@prc.gov.ph, copy furnished car@prc.gov.ph for evaluation.
For next month, mobile outreach schedule in the province are on August 18 at the San Alfonso High School Open Gym in Sabangan, and on August 19 at the Municipal Hall in Sagada.
