Seven (7) deserving police officers from the different units of the Police Regional Office Cordillera (PROCOR) have been recognized and conferred with PNP Medals during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Masigasig Grandstand, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on March 13, 2023.
PROCOR Deputy Regional Director for Administration, PBGEN PATRICK JOSEPH G ALLAN presented the awards to the police officers. He was assisted by other members of the Command Group.
Medalya ng Ugnayang Pampulisya (PNP Relations Medal), was awarded to PCPl Rhoda D Doligas and PCpl Rishelle B Balagot of the Regional Police Strategy Management Unit (RPSMU), for the successful conduct of the Special Learning Assistance Project, the Gift Giving and Turnover of Special Learning Aids held at Paykek Elementary School and Cayapes Multigrade School on December 7, 2022.
Also, the same award was given to Pat Blessa D. Baliw-an and Pat Chelly Fiayongan of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 (RMFB) for the successful conduct of “Youth Development Session and Sulat Kamay” to 82 grade 11 and grade 12 students of Besao National High School on February 9 to 11, 2023.
Further, Medalya ng Papuri (PNP Commendation Medal), was presented to Pat Leybie Santa of RPSMU for her outstanding performance that led to the successful conduct of the first Regional Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (RAGPTD) “Swing for a Cause” held at Lepanto Golf Course on February 11, 2023.
Recipients of the same award were PCpl Kevin Gayacon and PCpl Montina Kedyam of Benguet Police Provincial Office (PPO) for the successful arrest of a wanted person for violation of R.A 7610 in Sitio Duban, Brgy. Caponga, Tublay, Benguet.**
