Celebrate the spooky season at SM City Baguio before October ends. Shoppers and participants can enjoy these fun and spooky events such as the “Too-Cute-Too-Spook” costume contest, the trick-or-treat activity, and the Zombie mob.
The “Too-Cute-Too-Spook” costume contest is on October 31, 2019, 10am at the Mall Atrium. The competition is open to all children from 12 years old and below. Participants can choose between three scary categories: Monstars Squad, Fang-Favorites, and Little Enchanters.
For Monstars Squad, children can choose based on cartoon characters, superheroes, and villains, princes and princesses, aliens and robots. While the Fang-Favorites has varieties such as monsters, vampires, zombies, mummies, and ghosts. The Little Enchanters is perfect for fans of fantasy worlds, the category includes costume options like wizards, witches, fairies, pirates, unicorns and animals.
The criteria for judging is visual impact: 30%, creativity: 30%, adherence to theme: 20%, and stage presence: 20%.
The winners will receive the following; 1st Prize: P 5,000 worth of SM gift certificates, 2nd Prize: P 3,000 worth of SM GCs, 3rd Prize: P 1,000 worth of SM GCs.
Registration is free and will end at 12 noon on October 31.
For the Trick or Treat event, the tenants of SM City Baguio will give sweet delights to all the registered kids dressed in their Halloween costumes. Registration is free and starts on the October 31 at 10am in the mall atrium.
Shoppers can also look forward to a Halloween treat when they watch the excitingly scary Zombie Mob, performed by students of the University of Baguio. The event is on October 31, 2pm at the mall atrium.
