For example, maybe you take a daily walk after dinner and love how it helps you clear your mind. Or maybe you enjoy journaling, meditation, or spending time with your pets. There are many healthy ways to handle the stress that can keep you from becoming overwhelmed and burnt out.

You might want to reach out to a coworker who is going through a similar situation, or you may have a few friends and family members that you know you can turn to when times are tough.
