The provincial government of Benguet led by Governor Melchor Diclas recognized individuals and institutions for their achievements during the Adivay Benguet Awards 2023 held in Baguio City on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.
As part of the 123rd Benguet Foundation Anniversary celebration through the Adivay Festival 2023, the Awards honored individuals and institutions for their outstanding accomplishments in bringing honor and pride to Benguet both locally and globally.
The 2023 Outstanding IBenguet Awards include DepEd-CAR Regional Director Estella P. Leon-Cariño, Team Lakay head coach Marquez Sangiao, Bureau of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Services Director Jeoffrey Comising Tacio, Maxencia P. Pili and educator Dr. Maricris P. Lad-ey – Neyney; while the 2023 Everlasting Awards include the King’s College of the Philippines and the Cordillera Career Development College; and the 2023 Adivay Global Icons were Purificacion S.
