Examinees of the 8 March 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) may now view the List of Passers via the Examination Results widget on the CSC website at www.csc.gov.ph.
The results may also be accessed directly via the CSC Examination Portal at https://exam.csc.gov.ph.
To qualify for eligibility, examinees must obtain a general rating of at least 80.00.
Successful examinees may secure their Certification of Eligibility (CoE) through either of the following options: (1) personal claiming of the CoE printed on CSC official letterhead, issued free of charge, from the appropriate CSC Regional or Field Office; or (2) application for a CoE printed on special paper, subject to the corresponding fee.
Passers who have transferred to another region or who reside in remote areas may claim their CoE from the CSC office nearest their current residence or workplace. However, they are advised to confirm the availability of their certification with the concerned office prior to their visit.
By 18 May 2026, all examinees—whether successful or not—may view and download their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS). The CSC reiterated that examination results will not be mailed to individual examinees.
The public is likewise cautioned against relying on postings from unauthorized websites or social media pages that are not affiliated with the CSC or that misuse its name.
Passers of the CSE Professional Level are conferred the Career Service Professional Eligibility, qualifying them for permanent appointment to both first-level (clerical) and second-level (technical) positions in the career service, except those requiring professional licensure and governed by special laws.
Meanwhile, Subprofessional Eligibility qualifies passers for first-level positions in the career service.
The CSC emphasized that, in addition to civil service eligibility, applicants must also meet the prescribed qualification standards for education, experience, training, and other competency requirements to be considered for appointment to government positions.
The CSC extends its warm congratulations to all successful examinees and encourages all candidates to continue aspiring for careers in public service—where puso, dangal, at galing remain the foundation of meaningful service to the Filipino people.
