Filipino wheelchair racer Jerrold Pete Mangliwan concluded his 2024 Paris Paralympics journey. Mangliwan who hails from Tabuk City, Kalinga had a 6th place finish in the heat 1 and ranked 12th overall, recording a 19.44 seconds in the Men’s 100m – T52 on September 6, 2024.
