The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers will conduct the Board Licensure Examination for
Professional Teachers (BLEPT) on September 24, 2017 in Baguio City.
For the event, the PRC Baguio Regional Office is recruiting 200 teachers, professionals, government employees and baccalaureate degree holders as
Proctors/Room Watchers who are NOT in any way connected with a review center and not related to any BLEPT examinee up to the third degree of consaguinity or affinity.
Bring photocopy of transcript of records or photocopy of PRC license card (original copies for presentation only), one (1) piece passport size picture and
duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet for Room Watchers. The Personal Data Sheet Form is downloadable from www.prcbaguio.blogspot.com.
Interested applicants must personally submit the accomplished form along with the necessary documentary requirements at the Examination Section of PRC Baguio Regional Office, CTLL Building, 141 Abanao Extension, Baguio City.
