The National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) conferred the Gawad Parangal awards to individuals, government units, and organizations across the regions, marking the 5th anniversary of the NTF-ELCAC.
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., represented by Special Assistant to the President, Sec. Antonio Lagdameo, National Security Adviser Sec. Eduardo Año, and NTF-ELCAC National Secretariat Executive Director Usec. Ernesto Torres awarded the plaques to the awardees in a ceremony at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City on Dec. 4, 2023.
